1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Bet AA platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Bet AA. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all areas of the platform including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, promotional offers, and all account-related activity. Using any feature of the platform after these terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Bet AA, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where using an online gaming platform does not violate any applicable local law or regulation.
• You must not have previously had an account on Bet AA that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Bet AA employee.

Bet AA reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be underage, all winnings will be forfeited, all deposits will be returned, and the account will be permanently closed. There are no exceptions to the age policy.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts – regardless of the reason they were created – are a violation of these terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, Bet AA will close all associated accounts, and any balances, winnings, or bonus credits held across those accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and any payment details required for verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your username, password, or account access with any third party is not allowed. Bet AA will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to protect their credentials.

Account verification – which may include identity documents and proof of payment method – is a standard part of the registration and withdrawal process. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is complete.

4 Deposits

All deposits on Bet AA are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific deposit methods may vary and is displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where someone else's account or card is used to fund your Bet AA balance – are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account flagged for review.

Bet AA does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of Bet AA's control. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits clear within a minute; bank transfer timelines depend on your bank's processing speed.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and vary by payment method.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed – contact support as quickly as possible if you make an incorrect deposit.
• Bet AA reserves the right to request the source of funds for large deposits as part of standard account review procedures.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered to your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts – accounts belonging to someone other than the registered player – are strictly prohibited.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC) and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. This is a standard procedure to protect players and maintain account security.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within a few hours of approval.
• Raast: Usually same-day, subject to banking system availability.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Cards: 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing.

Any bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bet AA offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. These include welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cricket match day promotions, PSL specials, VIP rewards, and seasonal offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed at the point of claim and on the Promotions page.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements – for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino tables contribute a lower percentage. This is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bet AA reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of game exploits, or coordinated bonus farming.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the standard withdrawal process after wagering is complete.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Bet AA offers sports betting on cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and ICC tournaments), football, esports, and other sports as available. All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted until the market is suspended or the event commences, whichever comes first. In-play betting markets operate under different cut-off rules as displayed on the relevant market.
• Bets placed after an event has started via an in-play market are valid only if the platform accepted them in real-time. Any bets placed after the conclusion of an event – due to latency or otherwise – will be voided.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to Bet AA's official sport-specific rules, which are available on the platform. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• Bet AA reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using incorrect odds due to a pricing error. Players will be notified and their stake returned in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet and may vary by sport, event, and player account tier.
• The use of any automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

8 Casino, Slots, and Bingo Rules

All casino games, slot titles, and bingo rooms on Bet AA use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or bingo session, the game state will be restored when connection is re-established. Rounds that were in progress at the time of disconnection will be completed and settled according to the outcome at the point of interruption.
• Bet AA is not responsible for losses incurred due to connection problems on the player's side. Maintaining a stable internet connection is the player's responsibility.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.
• Game malfunctions – whether technical faults in a game or errors in displayed pay-tables – void all related plays and stakes are returned. Winning bets placed during a malfunction are not valid.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for financial gain is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Termination

Bet AA reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional offers, or coordinated activity designed to extract value unfairly from the platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Behaviour that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward Bet AA staff or other players.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.

In cases of suspected fraud or serious breach, Bet AA may freeze account funds pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, all funds held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed due to responsible gaming concerns raised by the player, real-money balances (after deduction of any unmet bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

11 Privacy and Data

Bet AA collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration, verification, and gaming process. The types of data collected include identity information, payment details, device and session data, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identities, prevent fraud, and improve the player experience.
